[SK / EN] First Aid Beauty - S.O.S pre moju pleť

January 25, 2017

SKIN RESCUE DAILY FACE CREAM

Večer mi proste nestačí a zanecháva mi pocit napnutej pokožky (proste potrebujem niečo viac hydratačné). No na ráno je skvelý a nemôžem si ho vynachváliť.

ULTRA REPAIR CREAM

Tam kde nestačí jeden, druhý zaboduje a naopak.

Every time it gets cold in the Winter, my skin needs a little help. So, why not to try the brand that stands for just that – First Aid Beauty – and their products that are suitable for very sensitive skin, are paraben free and are cruelty-free. I always take care of my skin and I always want to try the products that are said to be good.

SKIN RESCUE DAILY FACE CREAM

Skin Rescue Daily Face Cream’s packaging is my jam. It has a little pump which I like as it is more hygienic when you don’t put your fingers in the cream directly. The cream is perfume-free and that is one of the reasons it is suitable for very sensitive skins. It has a different and interesting texture in comparison with other face creams I have ever used. It is watery, very light on the face and it sinks into my skin very quickly.
I feel like I’m using the word ‘very’ really often but it just has to be used. The cream contains a lot of ‘very’-s.
I like to use this face cream in the mornings due to its non-greasy texture, hydrating abilities and the fact that it is good as a base before applying your foundation. Even though, there, on the packaging, is written that you can use this cream in the morning and in the evening, I prefer using it in the mornings only. When I use it in the evening, it just isn’t enough and my skin needs more hydration that this cream can provide. However, I like it a lot in the mornings.

ULTRA REPAIR CREAM

Another face cream, Ultra Repair Cream, is also packaged very hygienic – squeeze tube – which has never failed me. I use this one in the evenings and I’d say that this cream and the Skin Rescue are two opposites. Ultra Repair Cream has a thicker consistency even though it feels a little watery, too; it takes longer for it to sink into my skin and leaves it feeling a little greasy (just a tiny bit, really). Just like the first cream, even this one doesn’t contain any perfumes and is suitable for sensitive skin. This face cream pampers my skin very nicely and I wake up with a fresh and hydrated face.
These creams are totally different, yet complement each other. Where one lacks its abilities, the other one wins and helps and vice versa. I appreciate the hygienic packagings and paraben-free and cruelty-free ingredients, but mostly the fact that the both creams work perfectly. Do you have any favorites from this brand or is there something you’d like to try out?
